After always being home-owners, our family found having to become tenants in a rental was really uncomfortable for us. We were fortunate to meet Heather, who showed us several homes, and did a great job helping us understand the whole process. During the time we rented from Austin, the staff was always a pleasure to work with. The one time we needed repairs, they were done quickly and efficiently. Any time regular inspections of the property needed to be done, we were given prior notice, and enjoyed visiting with David when he’d come to check things out. When it was time for us to move out, we were given a detailed list of what was expected, making the move-out/clean-up easy to understand. We even received our deposit refund check sooner than they’d promised!!

I am an out of state property owner and have dealt with several property management companies. Austin Property management is by far the best, most professional, easiest to work with that I have experienced. 1) They keep my property full, with pre-screened respectful tenants.2) My property is always looking good. I tend to visit unannounced and have yet to be dissapointed.3) They report problems quickly and allow me to muddle though the best most cost effective solution.4) They have a roledex(geez I just aged myself) of adequate subs to do quick repairs.5) They run there in a nice and respectful way.We have been doing business together since 2005 some difficult years for all of us. I could not imagine what my investment would look like without Austin’s help.

Rarely do I take the time to write a letter about a firm that I do business with. After two years of experience with Austin Property Management I feel compelled to express my opinion of the service that has been provided to me by this firm.

I am an out of state owner of a home in Bend, Oregon. It became necessary for us to lease this house in May of 2008. I interviewed four property management firms prior to hiring Austin Property Management. When I left Bend, I was hoping I had made the right decision. I know now that I certainly did.

Perhaps my first indication was that my first appointment with Stephanie Kramer was so impressive. She arrived for our appointment promptly and was so professional in her approach as to what we could realistically expect. She arrived with all the paperwork management contracts, leases, examples of advertising AND current statistics of the market.

Austin Property Management has a team approach to handle any and all needs of a property owner. Repairs are handled promptly and at a reasonable cost. Inspections are done frequently to make sure the house is cared for and the tenants are in compliance with their agreement in accordance with the terms of their lease.

The marketing effort to find the right tenant for our property is so very much appreciated. They have a user friendly website along with other methods of advertising. Applicants are thoroughly screened and selected using the criteria we have agreed upon.

Certainly one of the most important things to me is the fact that Stephanie, Jennifer and their staff are so responsive to my inquiries. I can rest assured that when I call with any question, I will speak with them that day or the next day at the latest.

What it all boils down to is the fact that this firm provides SERVICE – they absolutely “walk the walk”. You can place your confidence with Austin Property Management and not be disappointed.
